New Student Orientation and Registration

New students receive orientation information and instructions on how to register for classes through the Orientation tab in SpartanWeb after they are admitted. Instructions on how to access SpartanWeb are sent to students at the time of application.

Using SpartanWeb, first-year students complete and submit an online Freshman Registration Preference Form after they pay an admission deposit. Academic advisors then create a first semester class schedule.

New transfers schedule advising appointments with an academic advisor with the Admissions Office after May 1 for fall and November 1 for spring. Advising sessions may be conducted over the phone or in person.

BSN completion, graduate and continuing studies students may also find orientation and registration instructions on SpartanWeb when they are admitted. Students may register by mail, phone, fax or online after an appointment with an academic advisor.
