Navy ROTC Courses

In addition to satisfying requirements for an undergraduate degree, the student must satisfactorily complete the following four-year curriculum, including required naval science courses and specified university courses. Naval science courses are taught at the University of South Florida (Tampa) campus. Each class counts as a general elective credit at UT.

Freshman:

Introduction to Naval Organization
Sea Power and Maritime Affairs

Sophomore:

Naval Engineering (Navy option)
Principles of Naval Management I (Navy option)
Evolution of Warfare (Marine option)

Junior:

Navigation I, II (Navy option)
American Military History/International Relations (Marine option)

Freshman through Senior:

Naval Science Leadership Lab
