ResCom, UT’s on-campus apartment complex, is home to 235 upper-class students. Predominantly seniors and juniors, ResCom residents enjoy living in four-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments, each with a full kitchen (including oven, stove and full-size refrigerator) and a living room. Many second- and third-floor apartments have balconies, as well. The ResCom Clubhouse is the site for many special programs and events. The big-screen TV, pool table and kitchenette create a place for residents to relax. ResCom’s courtyard, a hot spot on campus, has BBQ grills and picnic tables.
