The McNiff Fitness Center offers several yoga classes per week as part of the group fitness program. We understand that our students and staff have busy schedules that may prohibit attendance to the regularly scheduled classes, and, that everyone is at a different place in his/her yoga practice. Therefore, we are happy to offer personal yoga sessions to all students, faculty and staff at The University of Tampa.
To obtain a personal yoga contract, please stop by the McNiff Fitness Center front desk or download the personal yoga session contract. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash or check made out to The University of Tampa.
All packages begin with an assessment and consultation with a yoga instructor to determine your needs, goals and current physical abilities. Sessions are one hour.
All sessions/packages are non-refundable except in cases of health issues with doctor's note prohibiting physical activity. Packages purchased during the academic year must be used by the end of the spring semester of the same academic year, or remaining sessions will be forfeited.
