Spartan Card Photo Upload Instructions

Your Spartan Card is your official student ID and provides you access to your residence hall, parking garage, meal plan, Library, McNiff Fitness Center, sporting and other special events on campus. You will need it as soon as you arrive. All new students are required to submit a passport photo by July 1 for fall and Dec. 15 for spring.

Instructions for Uploading Your Photo via the Web

New admitted students must go to SpartanWeb to upload your photo for your Spartan ID card via the Web. If you have lost a previously issued card, you must go to the Spartan Card office in the Vaughn Center during hours of operation to be issued a new card.

Instructions for Mailing Your Photo

Mail a passport-style color photograph with your name and ID number printed neatly on the back (use a felt tip pen).
