The University of Tampa community is pleased to present Family Orientation to our Class of 2021 parents, family and guardians.
While your students attend their first day of orientation, you are encouraged to attend Family Orientation. This optional program will introduce you to the University’s resources and tools to help your student successfully transition to UT.
As you prepare to come to campus, be sure to take a look at the Family Orientation Schedule in order to maximize your orientation experience.
All residence halls open Thursday, Jan. 11, for our residential first-year and transfer students. All new residential and commuter first-year and transfer students will need to check in for orientation in the Vaughn Center Information Desk.
Please note that if you are a parent, family member or guardian of an international student (studying on a visa), international students should arrive on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, for a special International Student Orientation program. International students also are expected to attend all new student orientation activities Thursday, Jan. 11, through Friday, Jan. 12, 2018.
Parents, family members and guardians are free to help students settle into their residence hall rooms on Thursday, Jan. 11, prior to their floor meeting which will take place at 7 p.m.
