Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017, is UT New Student Day at Busch Gardens for incoming fall students
Registration has closed.
For those students who did not register before the deadline, a limited number of tickets will be sold on the day of the event, on a first-come, first-served basis. The tickets will be available for purchase at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017, on the first floor lobby area of the Vaughn Center. Payment will only be accepted in the form of cash, check or money order (no credit/debit cards). The cost of the trip is $86 per student. This price includes transportation, one-day admission to Busch Gardens and all-you-can-eat barbecue lunch at Gwazi Pavillion.
Students who have registered and paid for the event are to meet at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday on the first floor lobby area of the Vaughn Center to board buses to Busch Gardens. Be sure to bring your UT student ID card. You will receive your admission and lunch tickets when you arrive at the park. At 5 p.m., everyone will meet in the bus parking area to return to UT.
Busch Gardens provides a unique blend of thrill rides, experience breath-taking live shows and see over 12,000 animals.
Refund requests made on Aug. 5 or after will not be granted. Registration cannot be transferred.
