Community Invited to Sign Up for UT's New E-mail Based News Service
The University of Tampa has implemented a new e-mail based news
service – UT Web Alerts – that provides friends of UT with breaking news
about the university.
Subscribers of the service will receive
an e-mail from UT when a press release or news story is posted, or when
the university posts information on its tropical weather page.
When
a Web Alert is distributed, subscribers will receive an e-mail with an
Internet link to the full news story or update. Subscribers can opt-in
to the service by filling out the online form.
Subscribers’
e-mail addresses will not be used for any other purposes, and
individuals may unsubscribe at any time. Individuals may only register
their own e-mail account(s).
