Dr. Ross specializes in psychiatric nursing and issues relative to standards of care, health care management and leadership.
Professional and Community Activities:
Dr. Ross maintains a private practice in psychotherapy and consultation. She provides expert testimony on standards of care issues. She is the author of Jagged Edges: Black Professional Women in White Male Worlds. An applied anthropologist, she focuses her research in cross-cultural perspectives on health, illness and end of life.
