A limited number of graduate assistantships will be offered to students entering the M.S. in Exercise and Nutrition Science program. The benefits to a graduate assistant include:
- Full tuition waiver
- Semester stipend
- Research opportunities to list on résumé as work experience
- Networking opportunities with faculty and outside constituents
- Opportunities to gain further knowledge outside the classroom
Graduate assistants are expected to maintain a full-time schedule and will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the assigned academic or administrative office on The University of Tampa campus.
Graduate assistantships are assigned based on academic ability and are competitive. Applications are not needed; all admitted graduate students are evaluated for eligibility.
