Media Services provides event support services to all University of Tampa faculty, staff and student organizations on campus, free of charge. Our goal is to help you produce a professional and successful event.
Media Services is your resource for many aspects of event planning. We can guide you to information that will help ensure all the little details are considered. We can also suggest on-campus resources that will save you time and headache while you present an exceptional event.
Given the high demand for our services, we require that all requests be submitted at least 14 days in advance. We understand that meetings, presentations and events come up at the last minute. While we will do our best to satisfy a late request, we cannot guarantee services.

Classroom Support provides assistance to instructors in the operation of classroom technology, design, installation and maintenance of classroom technology equipment.
Staff is available during regularly scheduled class hours to assist instructors with the use of classroom technology equipment. Call (813) 257-3810 for immediate assistance during those hours. Non-emergency issues may be reported by e-mail to email@example.com.
Media Services also offers a wide range of equipment available for faculty to enhance both the teaching and the learning experience. From audience response systems (clickers) to wireless annotation tablets, we have what you need. To request equipment for check-out, please submit a Classroom Support Request Form online.

The Library has two standard classrooms that are available to faculty and facilitators of student organizations. These classrooms can comfortably fit 40 students, perfect for larger meetings that require a personal feel. Faculty and facilitators are welcome to use the equipment in the room, ideal for showing movies or presentations.

While we will do our best to satisfy a late request, these rooms are subject to availability. To request to use one of the AV rooms please submit a Library AV Room Request online.
