Summer Group Fitness Classes?
Yes! Check out the Group Fitness Schedule. Classes will start on Tuesday, May 28.
New Equipment is Coming!
Thanks to the wonderful support of the UT Student Government Association, McNiff will be getting a few new machines this summer. The Smith Machine will be replaced to give the weight room a little face lift. In addition, an open-stride technology Adaptive Motion Trainer, or AMT, will be added for your cardio routine. Lastly, a hip extension, or "glute press" machine, will be added to the selectorized weight equipment. If you have an equipment request, large or small, please let us know.
Keep an Eye Out For...
A new weight loss program focusing on mindfulness through yoga, meditation, journaling and healthy eating habits titled YogaLean. This program will take the place of the Spartan Slimdown for the Fall 2013 semester, and applications will be available sometime in the early summer months. The Spartan Slimdown will again be offered in Spring 2014.
