Career Specialties
Harold Webb specializes in research on information technology, learning and enterprise systems. His interests include academic-industry collaboration, the adoption of advanced information technologies in organizations and the impact of information technology on learning. He has also conducted research in the areas of electronic commerce and software testing where his focus was on the measurement of quality in business-to-consumer websites and behavioral issues associated with the software testing process.

Webb is a SAP Certified Business Associate with SAP ERP 6.0 and integrates hands on experience with enterprise systems software into a number of his courses. His publications include journal articles, a textbook, book chapters, conference proceedings and a technical report for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Professional and Community Activities:
Harold Webb is the vice president of the Tampa Bay Technology Leadership Association (TBTLA) and is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Association for Information Systems (AIS) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He served in the U.S. Army in a number of varied assignments, the last being focused on the research and development of advanced systems.
