How to Make a Gift to UT
There are many ways to make a gift to the University. Please contact
the Office of Development and University Relations at (813) 253-6220

Cash
An outright gift is the most direct way to support the University. Cash
contributions may allow you to receive full tax benefits.

Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. To use a credit card, please visit www.ut.edu/giving. You may also complete
the inside portion of the business reply envelope included in a recent
UT Journal alumni magazine or call the Office of Development and
University Relations at (813) 253-6220.
Securities
A charitable gift of appreciated stock or mutual fund shares allows donors to:
- Avoid paying capital gains tax on the increase in value of stock or mutual fund shares.
- Receive a tax deduction for the full fair market value when contribution was made.
- Enhance the educational opportunities for UT students.

Donor Privacy Policy
All information concerning donors or prospective donors, including their names, the names of their beneficiaries, the amount of each gift, size of estate, etc., shall be kept strictly confidential by The University of Tampa and its authorized personnel unless permission is obtained from the donor.
