Romeo J. Domdii Cliff, a native of Cameroon, addressed his fellow graduates on May 5. The recipient of the University’s “Most Impacting Student of the Year Award” was instrumental in founding the Golden Legacy Series, UT’s first annual Black History Month kick-off program. He also helped charter the University’s NAACP branch, which he served as president.
