Joseph J. Wessel ’95, president of the National Alumni Association, presents the Young Alumnus Award to Rodrigo Rodriguez-Novas ’02, for his support and service to the University. A former economics major, Rodriguez-Novas remains involved with the University as a member of the UT Board of Counselors, for which he has chaired the international symposium for the last two years. As a member of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs and the Venezuelan Suncoast Association, he is active in raising awareness about the political situation in his native Venezuela.
