Save the date for our fifth Florida Directors’ Institute Program — our highly acclaimed, intensive, one-day program designed exclusively for directors of public and large private companies. A limited number of registrations are also available to senior executives serving as directors. Acceptance into the Institute is contingent on meeting the above qualifications.
The Florida Directors’ Institute has been approved for NACD Certificate of Director Education credits and accreditation by Risk Metrics as a Boardroom Education Program. The Institute has also applied for CLE continuing legal education credit and CPA continuing professional education credit. This program will provide you with critical solutions essential to your challenging role.
