Job Posting

HIRE-UT

Employers are encouraged to post their opportunities on our HIRE-UT career management system. There is no fee for this service. Please note that positions for child care, nannies, temporary jobs or any type of position for an individual or in-home service may not be posted on HIRE-UT. Those positions may be posted on the online version of the student newspaper, The Minaret. You may request access to post your positions by creating an account at the HIRE-UT website. If you would like for the Career Services office to post your position, you may email a complete job description form including contact name, company, company mailing address and phone to hireut@ut.edu. Positions are typically posted for up to 30 days.

If you would prefer to have Career Services post your job, please complete the appropriate form for full-time opportunities or part-time jobs.

On Campus Recruitment

Employers who wish to interview students/graduates for full-time or internship positions, may request an on campus recruitment date for which we will create a schedule for individual interviews and provide a room to conduct them. Employers may do a partial or full day of interviews according to your needs. We will post the job description and create the schedule in our HIRE-UT career management system to allow students to post their resume and sign up. Employers are encouraged to allow open sign up for opportunities (requires a minimum of two weeks confirmation in advance of the interview date). If you wish to pre-screen candidates however, we will make limited exceptions upon request (requires a minimum of four weeks confirmation in advance of the interview date). On-campus recruitment is available from late September through the first week in December and from late January through the end of April. There is no fee for this service.
