Fraternities and sororities can help personalize a student's collegiate experience by offering an academic support system, hands-on experience in leadership and service programs, managing budgets and schedules, interacting with faculty and administrators, career development, alumni engagement, and of course, close bonds of friendship to support each other throughout life's journey.

College Panhellenic Association (CPA) Recruitment
Fall Semester: Formal recruitment will take place for all Panhellenic chapters in the fall semester from Sept. 1-2 and Sept. 7-8, 2024. Online registration will open on June 1, 2024, and close on Aug. 29, 2024. Click on the button below to register. Contact the council at panhellenic@ut.edu for more information.
Spring Semester: Informal recruitment will take place for some Panhellenic chapters at the beginning the spring semester. Please note, no registration is required and not all Panhellenic chapters may recruit in the spring semester. Unified Greek Council (UGC) Intake
The Unified Greek Council is made up of six National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) organizations and four multicultural organizations. Although these organizations are historically black or multicultural, they welcome all students to inquire to join! The recruitment process, known as intake, for each of these organizations, does not happen every semester, and it is up to each organization to decide if they are having an intake process for a particular semester. For general questions, please email utampafsl@ut.edu or stop by Fraternity and Sorority Life (VC 215). To express interest in a particular organization in the UGC, please fill out the UGC interest form.
