Academic Center for Excellence
The Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) is a vital part of students' academic success at The University of Tampa.
Trained peer tutors help students attain and enhance a variety of learning skills, from reducing test anxiety to improving reading rates. More importantly, ACE shows students how to strengthen their study habits and problem-solving techniques for continued learning achievement long after graduation.
Students are encouraged to attend an introductory appointment with an ACE staff member to identify their current skills and abilities. Once staff has established the areas needing improvement, students can enjoy free, unlimited access to the center.
