University of Tampa’s Institute for Sales Excellence Named A Notable Program

The University of Tampa’s new Institute for Sales Excellence has been listed as a “Notable Sales Program” in Sales Education Annual 2018.

The 23 notable sales programs listed were described as being within schools that “provide opportunities for students to obtain some classroom training and/or practical experience specific to professional sales.”

UT’s Institute for Sales Excellence, based in UT’s Sykes College of Business, started last spring and already has more than 150 students this academic year. It provides world-class sales education and training through relevant business-to-business (B2B) sales methodologies and research to enhance the sales curriculum in the Sykes College of Business.

Other notable sales programs listed include those housed at Cal Poly, Northeastern University, University of Michigan and University of Tennessee.
