Organist to Debut on Sykes Chapel Pipe Organ on Jan. 27

Ryan Hebert, assistant professor of music, director of choral activities and university organist at The University of Tampa, will present his debut faculty organ recital on the Dobson Pipe Organ, Op. 89 at the University’s Sykes Chapel and Center for Faith and Values on Friday, Jan. 27 at 7:30 p.m.

The recital will feature solo organ works including the famous Toccata and Fugue in D minor by J.S. Bach. Other works will include Mendelssohn’s Sonata IV, Alfred Hollins’ Trumpet Minuet, and Prelude et fugue sur le nom d'Alain, Op. 7 by Maurice Duruflé.

The event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited.
