Meet Joshua Pullens

2016 Western Kentucky University, M.S. in Recreation and Sport Administration
Career Specialties: Joshua Pullens began his campus recreation career as an intramural sports official. Post graduation and accepting this career field as his calling, he served as the recreational sports coordinator at the Claremont Colleges in California. The following year he accepted a position as the graduate assistant for intramural sports at Western Kentucky University. Pullens now serves as the coordinator of intramural sports at UT, which coordinates and provides diverse sporting events/ activities in a safe and fun environment.
Professional and Community Activities: Pullens has been involved with the local Boys & Girls Clubs and YMCA in the his community. In addition, he has assisted with Special Olympics and other unified sports. Pullens enjoys officiating youth sports and uses it as a tool to help reach younger sport participants and encourage sportsmanship.
