Career Specialties: J.C. Andersen specializes in evidence-based practice, therapeutic modalities, rehabilitation, medical aspects of sport, administrative and legal issues, and emergency preparedness in sports medicine. He also specializes in running related injury assessment, prevention and rehabilitation.
Professional and Community Activities: Andersen’s research interests are in therapeutic modality effectiveness, examination and diagnosis of sport injury, running injuries and clinical education in athletic training.
He serves as an accreditation site visitor for the Joint Review Committee for Athletic Training.
