Some of the world’s top experts on nutrition and exercise will meet at a sports supplement workshop on “Muscle Hypertrophy (Growth) and Performance” at The University of Tampa on Saturday, Feb. 23.
Sponsored by the International Society of Sports Nutrition in conjunction with the department of Health Sciences and Human Performance, topics include training and nutrition for the young athlete, strategies for improving body composition and performance, and muscle mass. Ben Pakulski, a world class bodybuilder, will discuss advanced strength training techniques.
The workshop will be held in the Martinez Athletics Center on the UT campus, and runs from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
