Dr. Matulich
specializes in qualitative and quantitative marketing research, customer
service and satisfaction measurement, innovation and high-technology
marketing strategy and public policy implications of marketing. She has
worked with numerous financial institutions, restaurants, consulting
firms, nonprofit organization and online ventures. She also specializes
in student-to-business community outreach, and has coached more than
1,000 student consulting teams doing marketing projects for local,
national and international businesses.
Matulich has published articles in
the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Consumer
Behavior, Journal of Ambulatory Care Management, Journal of Applied
Business Research, Journal of College Teaching and Learning, Journal of
International Business Research, Journal of Academic and Business
Ethics, Research in Higher Education Journal, Journal of Case Research
in Business and Economics, Journal of Business Case Studies, Journal of
Technology Research, and many others, along with numerous award-winning
conference presentations.Professional and Community Activities:
Dr. Matulich is active
in the American Marketing Association, the Academy of Business
Disciplines, and the Academic Business and Research Institute. She is on
the editorial review board for the Marketing Education Review Journal,
is Chief Editor of the Journal of Case Studies in Accreditation and
Assessment, and also serves as the marketing research board member for
Unicorn Research Corporation. She does volunteer work for the American
Driving Society under the United States Equestrian Federation and is
active with the American Red Cross.Honors and Awards
In 2001, Matulich passed
her Professional Certified Marketer exam, which is the highest level of
certification available in the worldwide marketing industry. She also
won the 2001 Distinguished Teaching Championship for the Society
for Marketing Advances. She is named in Who's Who
among American Teachers, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who in
America, Who's Who Among American Women, Who's Who in Media
and Communications, Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in Finance &
Business, Who's Who Among Young American Professionals, and Who's Who of
Emerging Leaders in America. She has been a member of Beta Gamma Sigma,
the highest level of business honorary societies, since 1984, and is
the founding President of the BGS Chapter at The University of Tampa.
