Career Specialties: Tim Harding is trained in career planning and development and student engagement. He serves on the Student Affairs Strategic Planning and Assessment Team and is leading the Spartan Ready career readiness university-wide initiative.
Professional and Community Activities: Harding is an active member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers serving on the board of directors; the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers serving as a past president; and the Florida Association of Colleges and Employers.
He is serves on the Board of Directors for CareerSource Tampa Bay and the Board of Advisors for the Collegiate Employment Research Institute at Michigan State University.
