Meet Kelly Allgeier

Kelly Allgeier is the main point of contact for the UT internship program, working closely with students, faculty and employer partners to promote quality experiential learning opportunities for The University of Tampa. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC) with a career designation. She has experience working in career development with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni in all phases of career transition.
Prior to beginning at UT in February 2016, Allgeier acquired more than six years of experience in higher education career services at the University of Kentucky and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Professional and Community Activities: Allgeier serves as an ex-officio member of the internship committee at The University of Tampa. She also serves as an education partner to the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce’s Education Connection Committee. She is a member of the Colleges of Central Florida Career Consortium, Southern Association of Colleges and Employers and Florida Association of Colleges and Employers.
