The John H. Sykes College of Business is launching a Saturday Professional
MBA option, increasing the flexibility of an MBA program that already includes
part-time evening and full-time day options, as well as the Master of Science in
Technology and Innovation Management. The Saturday option is aimed at working
professionals with five years experience.
“We know the Tampa Bay business
community will love this program,” said Joe McCann, dean of the Sykes College.
“The premier MBA program in the region just became even more accessible. This is
the program that so many executives have asked to see, and now it's
here.”
The Saturday offering gives MBA seekers a course schedule that
won’t interrupt their work schedules, access to the University when parking and
library access are easiest, and the same high-quality, AACSB-accredited program
all UT MBA students receive. All MBA professors at UT have Ph.D.s, and all
classes are in the wireless-connected Sykes College of Business
Building.
The new offering is envisioned as a cohort program in which a
class will enter at the same time and move in lock-step through a two-year
sequence. Cost per credit hour is $525. Saturday MBA classes at UT begin in
August. Details of UT MBA programs are available online at
www.ut.edu/mba.
