Career Specialties: Allen Zimmerman is interested in the role of advertising and other promotional media in communicating the growing role of corporate social responsibility within the capitalistic system.
Professional and Community Activities: Zimmerman is currently preparing for a doctorate in communication. Research to date has included examining the role of mass media in the promotion of corporate social responsibility efforts in response to increasing consumer demand for ethical behavior on the part of the companies they support.
