Antony Erben has extensive experience in the areas of teaching English to speakers of other languages and second language development as well as technology use in education environments.Professional and Community Activities
Erben has been involved in ESOL and foreign language education in the U.S. and overseas for the past 30 years. His main interests have centered on innovative technology use in the promotion of second language learning. Currently, he is second president for Sunshine TESOL Florida and editor of the Florida Foreign Language Journal. He is also co-series editor for a Routledge publication called Teaching English Language Learners Across the Curriculum. He has written a combined total of more than 200 articles, chapters, reports, curriculum products, newsletters, conference presentations and grants during his career. He sits on the board of General Bell Charter School, Legacy Preparatory Charter School and Hillsborough Lighthouse Charter School.Honors and Awards
